Crisp packets being scrunched is the snare sample, stomping on the floor for the kick. I sampled the washing machine at some point. Reversed guitars and chopped them up to work with the straight ones, I was trying to make the chorus inhale/exhale. Theres a lot of weird stuff going on underneath everything, probably why the mix is so boomy but its a minefield to try and change anything now...

I asked the guys to write about addiction.
